How is it Done?

Hers is a specific form of therapy, preferably, though not necessarily, for couples, which analyzes the causes, fears and difficulties underlying or related to sexual problems. This talking therapy is usually combined with other “ad hoc” methods and treatments: for example, behavioural prescriptions are often used between sessions.

In most cases, before seeking a Clinical Sexologist’s help, a check-up with a specialist (typically an andrologist or gynecologist) is recommended in order to exclude the possibility of underlying medical conditions.
